Basic Needs Donations

MORE gratefully accepts donations of new and gently used clothing and household items. To ensure a staff member is at MORE to receive your donation, contact our Basic Needs Coordinator, Babita Sapkota, to set-up a time to donate - 651-204-0342 or bsapkota@more-empowerment.org.

Please only donate items that are clean and in good condition. Would you feel comfortable wearing it or using it? No? Please consider other options for this item.

Items we do not accept:

• Furniture

• Beds

• Computers

• TVs

• Baby furniture

• Strollers

• Car seats

There may be times when MORE’s building is closed. If you would like to donate after-hours, you can place items in our secure weather-proof dropsite near our garage. Use code 0096 to open the donation box. Donation receipts are available inside the box.

We host an annual Winter Giveaway to provide personal and household items to the students we serve. If you’d like to directly support our students, please purchase items like paper towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo from our wish list. Items are shipped straight to MORE (please select MORE’s Gift Registry address)!
